Summary:
Ricoh XR7 is the perfect camera for one who wants control over the finished photo product. A level of automation that is just right. Everything a serious photographer needs with none of the "fluff" that is not needed. In short, just about the perfect camera. As good as any manual focus camera ever made. I have used this camera for years on a dalily basis and it has never failed me. The screw ups (yes, I had some) were my fault, not the camera.

Strengths:
Solid metal body yet light weight. Extra motor drive. K mount lens used so lots of lens are out there. Automation when needed yet manual control is easy.

Weaknesses:
Ricoh stopped making this great camera. One of the best manual focus cameras ever made.

Customer Service:
