Do you see anything wrong with this picture?

No? That's because everything's right. Zeiss has had prime lenses available for the Nikon F mount system available since September of '06.

These are not T-mount lenses. These are manual-focus lenses designed for an F-mount Nikon without communication between the lens and body (Nikon decided not to license to Zeiss so camera-to-lens communication is forbidden.) But that doesn't prevent Nikon users from now enjoying classic Zeiss glass on the business end of their F-mount cameras.

Currently available are the 50mm 1.4. 100mm f2. 35mm f2. 85mm 1.4. and 25mm 2.8. Coming at the end of this month is a 50mm f2 macro.
