Summary:
Truthfully there is only thing that you could grouse about with this film: It's S-l-o-w but o-o-o-h so wonderfull! It's my favorite b&w film. Picked some up on Ebay and it's in the 'fridge. I'm shooting some in California this Sept. Got to save it for those special occassions!

Strengths:
Sharp, great blacks, whites and all shades of gray! It is the monochrome artist's canvas-it is beautiful and wondrous to me!

Weaknesses:
Discontinued and once again-it's s-l-o-w.

Similar Products Used:
Scala, Delta, T-Max, Tri-X, Fomapan et al... It beats them all.

Summary:
An outstanding medium for creating black and white images

Strengths:
Low grain and forgiving developement requirements

Weaknesses:
None. You can't complain about the speed as some have. Its sold as a 25 ASA film!

Summary:
More pleasing tonal scale than Pan F+, capable of spectacular results. Speed may be a real concern in some situations.

Strengths:
As sharp and fine-grained as black and white film can get (excluding Tech Pan). Impressive tonal scale for a film this slow. An excellent choice for landscape photography, especially if developed in Agfa Rodinal at a 1:75 or 1:100 dilution. Can yield ultra sharp 20x24" enlargements from 120 with ease. An excellent choice for 35mm landscape work.

Weaknesses:
As the true speed of this film is around the 12-16 mark, sometimes intollerably slow shutter speeds result. Not a good choice for landscapes where movement in the scene is a concern. A very sturdy tripod is a must. Far too contrasty if given development at standard dilutions and times.

Summary:
Enjoy it while you can, because AGFA has woefully decided to discontinue this film due to lack of demand. If you really feel motivated, write them and tell them to keep making it- enough photographers complain and maybe they'll listen....

Strengths:
Sooooooooo sharp. By far the sharpest film I've ever used, especially in Rodinal. Perfect for squeezing LF quality out of MF and MF quality out of 35mm. Absolutely beautiful gradation of tones once you nail down exposure and development.

Weaknesses:
Actual ASA closer to 12 for me. Not a huge problem, but can make for some interesting circumstances in lower light conditions.

Summary:
Best fine grain B & W film I have ever used.

Strengths:
Ffantastic fine grain and ability to hold detail over a wide latitude.Renders a wide gradation of tones and sharp as a tack. I use this film primarily as copy film for old pictures and it is great for landscapes as well.

Weaknesses:
None really if you accept the fact it is a slow film which matters little in copying.
