Review 1 of 2

Price Paid:  $5500.00 from Foto Trade Luxembourg

Summary:
A great camera if you can find second-hand lenses.

Strengths:
Quality of results (lens, light measure)
German construction quality (body, lenses)
Ease of use, quite silent

Weaknesses:
Body and accessories are reasonably priced but ...
Lenses are very pricey (even in Europe) compared with Bronica and Pentax 67 offering similar quality

Review 2 of 2

Model Reviewed:
6003

Summary:
A very good alternative to more expensive metered Hasselblads. Film is kept extremely flat. I can see a noticeable sharpness improvement from the Hasselblad 500CM with similar lenses. The handling is straightforward and intuitive to the point I'm selling my hassie. After a year of ownership I'm quite delighted with the camera. Pity the princely price of lenses.

Strengths:
Extremely easy to use.
Ergonomic.
Top quality product.
Wide range of lenses.
Almost 100% view area.
Reasonably priced for features and quality.
Bright screen.
Easy to load/unload.
Long lasting battery.
Flexible automation.
Choice of spot and multi-zone metering.

Weaknesses:
Proprietary -expensive- battery.
No film interchangeability unless fitted with 6008 magazines.
Very expensive lenses.
Used and rental lenses almost unavailable.

Similar Products Used:
Hasselblad 500CM (own), Pentacon 6 TL (own), Mamiya 645.
