Review 1 of 1

Price Paid:  $300.00 from Birmingham

Summary:

An outstanding lens, very sharp, excellent quality construction.good illumination and sharpness over the whole field and the fastest 28 mm w/a available. Good value for money within its field and has been reviewed as better than Leits super angulans and early 28 elmarit but not as good as latest Aspherical Elmarit for Leitz. Quality differences are very small and price difference very great!

Strengths:

Quality of construction and finish, aspherical elements showing modern design, good illumination over the whole field and excellent sharpness and contrast.Quite cheap compared to the alternatives.

Weaknesses:

None of significance.

Similar Products Used:

Leitz M6 Hexar RF Leica M3 and assortment of leitz Voightlander and hexanon lens. Also older Contax 11 and Nikon Sp and Canon LV and serena Nikon and Zeiss lens of the period.

Customer Service:

Not had to use as yet And dont expect to.
