    Strength:

Simple to use, great pictures, able to get a great hold of camera.

    Weakness:

Have not ran into any in 2 years. Only thing is you need a smaller one also if you want to take to a club.

I picked this camara because it looked pretty simple compared to others. I really love it and my family and friends loved it as well and the pictures it takes are awesome. It is a wonderful camera, I would not trade for any other. I am so glad I made the right choice.

    Customer Service

Haven't had to use them with this camera, but did use it for other Kodak camara. Customer service was lousy.

    Strength:

Having all the different modes and making them easy to use, but also allowing for people who have a basic background knowledge to change the settings themselves to suit their needs.

    Weakness:

The only weakness I could think of would really be the Internal Memory. This was a bit of a problem when I purchased it because I didn't have much money saved up before hand so I was unable to purchase a Memory Card, and it came with only 32 MB memory. That allows for up to 16 shot on 6 megapixel mode.

This camera has served its purpose very well. I bought the camera with some suspicion but after opening the cardboard box, taking out the camera and then giving it a few tries on my family, I came to realize that this camera is perfect for an Intermediate photographer. I take many pictures and put them of cd's for people and also for some teachers at school, to use in slideshows and presentations. But besides that, I wouldn't be fully capable of doing that without this camera. It works for me because I am able to adjust the camera shutter speed, the aperture range and the different modes. The zoom works well with the Portrait/Landscape/Normal button on top!

    Strength:

Good picture clarity, contrast, and an all around good P.A.S, or entry level camera. Has a good set of Manual options. It is very reliable IF you take care of it properly.

    Weakness:

The camera lacks a good ISO, and sometimes generates noise in SOME darker pictures.

Although I have only had the camera since June, it has served me well in my purposes. Although it is not a very rugged camera, it has served its purpose as my business camera, and has only proven itself over and over. The one lacking quaility is the ISO. Higher ISOs, no matter the lighting, generate a LOT of noise. ISO 200 or less seems to fair well though.

    Customer Service

No problems at all. Although the Kodak EasyShare program is a waste of time, and a big processor-user.

    Strength:

Camera was easy to operate. It came with all equipment necessary for downloading.

    Weakness:

Poor electronical parts in the camera with insufficient warranty. If possible, buy a 3 year store warranty. Also, determine if Kodak is still manufacturing camera in USA before you buy one as this will determine Kodak's response to your problems. I used this camera several times a month before it broke.

According to a recent internet article, I read Kodak sold it's digital camera making rights to a foreign company in August 06. This may explain why just after my 1 year warranty my camera broke due to an electronic malfunction, and Kodak doesn't seem to want to do anything but replace my camera with a downgraded model for $200 or hold my camera to fix and sell to someone else. The other option is to pay $48, have no work done, and the broken camera returned. So buyer be beware, this camera does not offer a warranty over 1 year, so you will be SOL if it breaks and you don't want to shell out more money.
Beside this downfall, the camera did take clear pictures for 1 year and was simple to use.

    Customer Service

Poor. Be prepared to write emails to a generic online site and be placed on hold for indefinite time periods. The company does not give warranties over 1 year for a reason.

They say customer service is #1; however, it's actions and words aren't congruent.
