Price Paid:  $0.00

Summary:

I received in this pack today and it is just perfect for what I want in a photo backpack! I have a Minolta Maxxum 5 with the standard 28-80 lens and a 75-300 lens. It held all of the above as well as the attachable hood. It was snug - but fit fine. The pack is wonderful with plenty of room for other goodies - clothes, food etc. It has several nice zippered areas for storing film, filters, and the absolute required reading - my manuel! For those folks who will be carrying more than listed above, the bottom of the pack can probably hold another small camera bag for those extra lenses!

Strengths:

Size size! Nice fit to the pack - even for women! Nice waist strap. Soft mesh back on the pack - very comfortable.

Weaknesses:

Main camera bag is compact - and may not be large enough for seasoned photographers. However, the bag is big enough to hold another small camera bag - for those less used photo gadgits!

Review 2 of 2

Price Paid:  $56.00 from BHPhoto

Summary:

Well... maybe it was just my mistake, cause I was suggested by a nice picture on BHPhoto and good price. But... description said it will carry an SLR with 2 lenses, flash and accessories. It turned out that the it''s "photo storage" can hardly keep a small SLR (Rebel 2000) with one lens (Sigma 28-105). Then it leaves a room for 2 rolls of film and that''s it. There is however a room for some clothes, food, etc. What I don''t like is that it has only 2 pockets and they are outside of a bag - no inside pockets at all. Actually I also didn''t find a tripod loop what it supposed to have according to the description. I''m going to return it. If you only need a backpack that will carry your small SLR (very small) with one small lens and some clothes you can consider buying it. Otherwise, go for something more serious.

Strengths:

none

Weaknesses:

too small, no inside pockets

Customer Service:

I have had only a good experience with BHPhoto so far so hopefully there will be no problems to return this product.
