    Strength:

The main reason I wanted this camera was the strong zoom. I like to take photos of wildlife and you need to be able to zoom in close. I was afraid the picture would be distorted but they come out very well at quite a great distance. I am able to hand hold the camera, zoom to the max and get a nice far away photo. I love the light weight of this camera. I like to take it with me hiking and the light weight is very nice.

    Weakness:

The macro photos do not come out well. I was used to great photos from my Cannon and Nikonis. This camera doesn't really focus close enough to be true macro.

This is my first digital camera. I have previously had a Cannon srl, and a Nikonis underwater camera. I found the camera very easy to use and the photos are great.

    Customer Service

I had the camera less than 2 months. I had imtermediate problems getting it to turn off or on, thought it was me, until one day I turned it on, the lens came out and it died. I couldn't even get the lens to go back in. It is in Olympus service now..they have had it a week. I am impatiently awaiting it's return.
