Very sharp, very good contrast and vivid colours - a great allrounder, even with macro!

Distorsion at 28-31mm and 80-85 mm and life expectation are very poor.

I bought this lens as a great allrounder for my Nikon FM2. Both together worked perfectly and I could highly recommend the lens because of its sharpness. Distortion at 28mm is quite heavy but is no problem when you go for 31+ mm. Unfortunately the lens has no long life expectation since the focus ring becomes increasingly lose after 1 year. The same problem occured for a friend who had the same lens... Obviously a turn-off.
