Strength:

GREAT photo quality
excellent basic close up shots
takes lots of pics on a single charge
good size display
reliable as heck

Weakness:

the dial button was annoying till I got used to it

I had this camera for five yrs. I am very much a "Happy Snapper" and I have taken many thousands of pictures with this GREAT camera. From the beginning I was impressed with the ease of use, the picture quality (especially basic macro shots), clarity of my shots, and how many pics I could shoot with a single easy charge on the battery charger that was included in the camera. (about 750 + including videos)...well.after five yrs of continuous, almost daily use, my camera finally died. It turns on but doesn't take any pics, Prob not worth taking in for repair due to age but I am looking on ebay for another..my Kodak Easyshare Z760 may be outdated but it was an incredibly reliable camera. I have friends that have point and shoots six months old and they have already had problems with their camera. I never had to service mine once in 5 yrs! I am wishing this camera was still on the market.. perhaps with a few updates or just "as it was"..its a classic in my opinion!!!!

Customer Service

aboslutely none! Overworked by me but kept on humming like a charm for five yrs until it finally "died"

Hard to believe, but true.

Strength:

Easy to use, rechargeable battery lasts way longer than 300 charges, great pictures

Weakness:

its discontinued now, but that's about it

This was my first real digital camera. I found it online at walmart.com or some other local online store around Xmas when it first came out. It was on sale for $99.99 & came with the dock & a few other things. I've had it now 3 or 4 years & my first rechargeable battery just ran out about a month ago. I looked online & saw it was only supposed to last for 300 charges, so for it to last that long was awesome. I'm a little bummed to find out now it is discontinued. But it is a great, easy to use, camera. I will definitely be looking for new batteries, hopefully they aren't discontinued as well.

Customer Service

Have never had to use it

Strength:

Good quality photographs
Durable

Weakness:

Outdated
Small flash range
Slow
The turn wheel for settings is quite annoying

I have had the pleasure of having the Z760 for about 2 years now. It was my first digital camera. Before this I was taking pictures with a web-cam. This is an absolutely amazing camera. I was fortunate to have such a great camera as a beginner. It is easy to use and has some rather nifty features. However, now the camera is a bit outdated. There are many cameras for a cheaper price with better features out on the market.

Strength:

Sharp, Sharper and Sharpest Lens. Kodak is serious about the lens they have selected for this little gem from Schneider - Kreuznach. It's rated 39mm to 117mm (equivalent) 3x Optical Zoom. It has plenty of features to choose from. My favorite is the different scene option for portraits, landscapes plus many others. It also has a manual setting so you can gain more creative control of the camera. I also works well with my iMac G5 and iPhoto, just plug it in and everything downloads into iPhoto for editing or emailing your photos.

Weakness:

No external flash capabilities. Haven't seen any exposure info on automatic photos until they are downloaded into iPhoto.

Kodak has done a great job with this camera! I normally shot 35mm Nikon Cameras but I have wanted to try digital without spending it on a Nikon D70 or D200 and not like it. Okay, I'm a analog guy but I know film is dying out soon. However, I think digital is very different than traditional photography and Kodak has made that transition easy. I really enjoy using it for candid shots and things I need to get on the web fast.

Customer Service

I haven't needed any customer service for this product but always had good service with Kodak for all my film related issues.
