I think Polycontrast III RC produces good images from Tri-X and T-Max 3200. I have gotten good pictures from color negatives, for which it was not designed to do.

Strength:

Easy to find Not very expensive Good tone range

Weakness:

None that I found

Good paper for beginners. Has a good tone range and is easy to work with. I used this paper a lot and never had any problems with it and it is not that expensive if you ruin a few sheets.

Strength:

- Easly Avalaible
- It has pretty good tone range
- It works well with Toners
- Very Consistent
- Easy to master

Weakness:

None really. If anything it lacks the punch of tone range of some Fiber Papers BUT for beginners this paper is just great.

This Paper is pretty cheap. It offers good results and it dson't require any specail developers to get really god prints. Overall, I use this paper for contact sheets and 8x10 previews for a lot of my prints that I go back and print on 11x14 on fiber. Alethough the expousure sensetivity is not as touch on this paper as it is on fiber based, it still gives a very good image quality. Also, this paper is pretty good when you tone it in speia. It responds pretty well.

Customer Service

Strength:

none.

Weakness:

almost impossible to control the result with humen ability.

polimax is too slow and have an unbearable grey fog.
once i enlarged a 30inch with polimax with pink200 filter, the test show me unblieveble 40 mins!!!!finally the lamp was ruined.
before you make a qualified photo, you must waste 5-10 paper for test with it's complicated filter system.
-------------------------------------------------- advice: never use this.

Customer Service

not professional. no reaction and no reply when asked.
