Strength:

Comfort. It fits as well as other Mountainsmith packs I've owned.
Adjustability. Easy to customize the fit.
Durability. Large sturdy zippers, strong stitching, almost bulletproof fabric.
Padding protects fragile gear.
Access. Opens wide!

Weakness:

None. The price is more than reasonable considering the quality.

This review is for the 2010 redesigned version.

The Borealis AT is a superb camera backpack. It's comfortable enough to wear all day, it protects my gear well, and it holds a lot.
