Review 1 of 3

Price Paid:  $65.00 from Motion Picture and Sound, Saskatoon, SK

Summary:

Good all round bag for a semi-pro or casual photographer. Caution - It barely fits one pro Canon body and lens with minimal accesories. A great bag for smaller cameras and lenses. This thing will last for years. If you care about your camera and want adequate padding and strength in your bag, this is the one for you.

Strengths:

Die-hard strength and design. Lots ofuseful and useless inset pieces for customization. Option for shoulder back-packish harness. Included weather-proof external shell, attached to bag.

Weaknesses:

Doesn't relax very well on the hip. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, the top is too tight. Difficult to zip up when you're in a rush or it's on your shoulder.

Similar Products Used:

all lowepro, for now.Sounds like the newer Domke bags are becoming serious contender for Lowepro.

Customer Service:

none.

Review 2 of 3

Summary:

Very versatile conventional styled bag. Good construction and design. Usefull size when you don't want to pack everything. Mine gets used the most with a mamiya RB67 with the 127 lens attached. In use for approx.4 years no real sign of wear.Shop around, buy on sale..very good value then !

Strengths:

Solid construction, good design. Versatile, works well with shoulder harness.

Weaknesses:

Zippers sometimes are awkward to open. Should have larger, and not so quite tightly fitted zipper over lapping cover.

Domke

Customer Service:

Not needed..company has a good line of accessories, and enjoys a good reputation here locally..local distributor is very good/helpful!

Model Reviewed:
Elite AW Compact Camera Bag

Summary:

Super. Highly recommended and good value for money. I paid only $100 for it.

Strengths:

Excellent bag, wide comfortable strap, enough room for F100+80-200/2.8+28-70/2.8+a couples more lenses+flash and plenty of usual accessories. Super cushions on the bottom protecting equipment.

Weaknesses:

Hardly any room left for the second body if it is not a rangefinger camera.
