Strengths:    1) good construction, looks like it will last for some time.

2) strong, secure handle stitched on the top of the bag makes it easy to grap and carry.

3) attractive price.

4) lightweight.

Weaknesses:    1)A bit smaller than anticipated. Could be that I'm just bigger than most people, but it's quite a bit smaller than the other hip packs I've used, and this is Tamrac's largest hip pack.

2)Would have liked to have seen additional pouches on the exterior for filters, film, batteries, etc. There's only one pouch on the inside, under the lit, which is somewhat limiting.

3) no shoulder strap.

Bottom Line:
This is a very nice, affordable hip pack from Tamrac . It has sufficient room for one 35mm camera body with lens (no bigger than a 50mm) and six slots for additional lenses, light meter, etc.

Strengths:    Amazing little bag that can hold 2 cameras with lenses, an additional lens and other accesories. I use it as my secondary bag, when I don't need to lug my full complement of equipment. It opens away from you when you wear it, making acess a breeze.

Weaknesses:    The strap can work its way loose over a period of time. You'll find you have to constantly re-adjust the strap as you move about.

Bottom Line:
I've had this bag for quite some time and I do recommend it (even with the loose strap problem). Use it as a secondary bag and you'll love it.

Strengths:    Well built, protects gear, weatherproof.

Weaknesses:    When loaded with body plus 200mm, 135, 50 and 20 mm it gets somewhat heavy, and the shoulder strap is too short to be able to use it as extra support.

Bottom Line:
Very good design. I would like the shoulder strap (optional use) to be able to be used together with waist band, so when fully loaded the weight can be evenly distributed and supported. Anyway, it is about the biggest hip pack usable without problems of weight shifting.
