from NY Summary: I spent weeks comparing DV cameras and settled on this because of rave reviews in the magazines (it was rated for picture quality as second only the Canon zl1 which is a 3ccd camera). I have owned it for nearly two years and use it often. Never had a problem, the results are spectacular, it is confortable, fully featured, and the LCD screen is one of the larger ones around. Strengths: Picture quality Weaknesses: I would have liked manual control of audio, greater optical zoom, and AV inputs. Customer Service: not needed
