from Sakuraya Summary: Bought Camera in Japan, had to get a photocopy of the english manual in Canada.Otherwise straight forward to use.
After awhile got use to the Japanese labeled buttons. Much cheaper to buy in Japan then Canada, not sure about US.
Paid about $1200US or Y160,000 Strengths: Great quality, camera does what it was suppose to. I do a lot of D/L to my PC via the Firewire connection using Premiere. I just need a better PC or hardware that can do proper editing. Weaknesses: No night vision, but works really good in low light Similar Products Used: none Customer Service: I damaged the Diplay screen but had it repaired under warranty in Japan. Brought it back to where I bought it and they sent it in to JVC Victor.
