$0.00 Summary:not the most user friendly.can't find info on this camera.not even sharp has info for updates on software and this camera doesn't exist in their archives.tried 1-800-237-4277 w/ no success.i'd trade this camera for any that lets me download photos from camera to pc w/o having to locate a help line,which is no help if i can,t even find it. my wife gave it to me in '99 and cost her $900.i had to replace pc to be campatable w/ camera.LEMON Weaknesses:won't operate w/windows XP,can't locate upgrades and unable to get info to use this camera.
