from best buy (i think) Summary: I can not say enough good about this camera! It is lightweight, easy to use, with a ton of features. The quality of the images is very good for the price. I would definitely recommend this camera to anyone! Strengths: Lightweight, easy to use, great quality, very durable, tons of features Weaknesses: the only thing i can think of is that it is a little expensive Similar Products Used: I have owned 2 other Sony camcorders and this one surpasses them by far! Customer Service: I have had to call customer service for Sony before on a different product and they were very prompt and helpful.
