from best buy (i think) Summary:I can not say enough good about this camera! It is lightweight, easy to use, with a ton of features. The quality of the images is very good for the price. I would definitely recommend this camera to anyone! Strengths:Lightweight, easy to use, great quality, very durable, tons of features Weaknesses:the only thing i can think of is that it is a little expensive Similar Products Used:I have owned 2 other Sony camcorders and this one surpasses them by far! Customer Service:I have had to call customer service for Sony before on a different product and they were very prompt and helpful.
