from Singapore Summary: I brought this camera few months back but am not at all satisfied by the performance and features. I think camera from Digilife are much cheaper and feature rich as one of my friend is using it. Strengths: Multiple functions like MP3, Video recording, Still photography, connectivity to the TV, compact Weaknesses: - Very bad in night photography.
- There is a delay when recording a video, the sound is recoreded witha delay and the total experience goes for a toss.
- very bad digital zoom
- If you take a still picture and want to see how it cam you need to change the mode to preview before you can view it. On other cameras you can view the shot simultaneously.
- Very important the software installed in the camera also gives problems.
- You can not use it as a web cam because there is no supported driver on Windows platform.
- to add to all this there is no immediate support or the email support is almost pathetic
Similar Products Used: Digilife, Sony cybershot Customer Service: Very poory....the site www. vivitar .com hardly works. The response normally take 1-2 months on email.....
