Review 1 of 7

Price Paid:  $410.00 from www.rueducommerce.co

Summary:

Puchased the M2 version with the MP3 player and remote, along with a 128Mb SD-card. The camera fits just about anywhere and power-on is almost instantaneous. However, there is no lense cover, so I strongly recommend opting for a camera case (don't put ur keys & camera in same pocket !) This is a great camera to have with you at all times, allowing you to take pictures when you'd usually be caught offguard wishing you had one with you. Image quality is good, although I would not make the Exilim my main camera by any means.

Strengths:

Size, size, size ! Well-built and sturdy. Sexy design. MP3 player (EXILIM M2), drag and drop your mp3 files and voila ! Battery life above average.

Weaknesses:

No lense cover ! weak flash Watch that power button as you will inevitably find yourself turning the camera off instead of taking a picture.

Summary:

This is great for taking pictures anywhere anytime without being noticed. It can be used as a spy or undercover camera!

Strengths:

Thin and small Fit in your shirtpocket at all time and there you go!

Weaknesses:

No lens cap. It is easy to mark the lens with finger prints.

Review 3 of 7

Price Paid:  $300.00 from RadioShack

Summary:

Very nice compact camera which already has taken over 400, mainly very good, shots in about 1 month. Travels with me constantly. Battery life excellent. Image quality is rather good considering the size and limitations for the camera.

Strengths:

Very compact, quick to use, excellent battery life, very easy to use for point & shoot type photos. Excellent construction.

Weaknesses:

I would like to see a charging point on the camera body rather than having to bring the docking statuion on trips. On the same note a direct USB connection would also help.

Similar Products Used:

Several different types of digital still & video cameras of various resolutions

Review 4 of 7

Price Paid:  $299.00 from Casio.com

Summary:

Well what else can one say but SMALL. I like the metal body, but I wish there was a bigger grip area. The camera does what they say, it's fast to start up, and the no lag without the flash is very nice. I get tired of these digital cameras that you press the button and sometime later the picture is taken.

Strengths:

Small, light, quick to use and the lcd display is alot better then I thought it would be.

Weaknesses:

Ok, so the lens is not razor sharp but for what I plan to use it for it's fine. I am using it to replace a p&s film camera and for that it's great.

Customer Service:

n/a

Review 5 of 7

Price Paid:  $0.00

Summary:

Very very small, which is what attarcted me to that camera. This camera has 2,1 mega pixels, and the Best-Shot feature

Strengths:

Size, and again, Size

Weaknesses:

Picture quality is very mediocre, I was very disappointed with it.

Similar Products Used:

Its bigger sisters (QV-R3/4) are far better. I swapped the camera for the QV-R3, and I am very happy with it.
