from Circuit City Summary: This camera takes some awesome pictures. It has good ease of use. It can be frustrating when taking pictues in the evening/night time when there is low lighting. I do not know how to adjust the manual settings to make the pictures come out right, but other than that, the pictures always come out very nice. I've use the camera for 1 year now, and I am shopping around for a new one already for various reasons. First, I want a smaller, more compact camera. Second, the quality of the casing is very poor....the battery door and memory card door are very flimsy and can break easily. My battery door is damaged (not sure how because I don't remember dropping it), but it still closes. Also, I connected a 3V power adapter to it (to save the battery life) and somehow the camera completely stopped working all of a sudden. It wouldn't turn on...nothing. I've used the adapter for several months with no problem. My sister has the same camera and it did the same thing to her camera. Maybe it's just the adapter, but I don't want to risk it happening again so I am going to get a new camera after doing some more research on the newest ones available. Strengths: Great picture quality, ease of use, user friendly, very clear LCD screen. I sometimes have problems transferring pictures to the Kodak EasyShare software. Weaknesses: Could be a little smaller and lighter weight. Poor casing construction (can crack or break if you are not very gentle with it); quick battery drainage with the LCD screen on (as with just about any digital camera)....I recommend the CRV3 batteries for this camera...pricey, but has a longer life. Similar Products Used: This is my first digital camera I've used Customer Service: No opinion
