Summary:

I have a Mustek VDC - 300 I bought from a friend, it worked great at first, now it seems when you turn on the LCD everything dies, and you cant turn nothing back on again until later. Is this thing worth having fixed, and what would it cost and where would I take it. It is a great camera otherwise

Summary:

Well, it was working alright for awhile. The cam cost $80 and now that Ive upgrade to Win2k Im having some problems with the drivers. But overall it takes great pictures and I can save 200 with a 16 meg card, which is also handy, the card interfaces flawlessly with a Win98 computer as well.

Strengths:

Cheap, Durable, fast USB, cool Videomode,

Weaknesses:

Semi-decent Quality (1024x768 preferred), no Backlight,

Summary:

This is not a bad camera for the price .youhave to get use to it .Ifit's to hazey the pic will be dark . It takes better pictures outside in sun light .Work as a video camera to kind of neet.But for 200$ it's worth it.
