Which is OK, as I am going to compress the images and sizes, but to use as a camera camera.... LOOK ELSE WHERE!!!! Word of advise to Samsung... YOUR SUPPORT SUCKS!!!!!! It seems you would rather forget your mistakes.... The rest of the world CANT!!!

I was told this would be a good introduction into digital photos, MP3s, and the video web... i guess it was just that... an introduction. installing was a nightmare, the serial number is on the outside of the wrapper, which i threw away and have been dead in the water trying to find out how to use this thing. no support or replies from the website. i feel like i was sold a mistake from samsung and they stole my money. if i ever get to use the camera maybe my view will change, i doubt it... what seems to good to be true probably is!

i purchased the digimax35 on 1/24/01 and the camera is a bummer. the picture quality is terrible. one cannot get a good focus with the camera. using a tripod or handheld.. the flash works when it want to..about one in four shots.....not reliable at all..... the software was not loadable on my computer it asked for the serial number on the setup screen.... and of course i was not provided by samsung the serial number.... the one on the bottom of the camera did not work...nor the number on the cd jacket..........all in all the camera gets a big fat zero from me........i have several high dollar digital camera that i use daily....so i am well versed on digital camera.......this camera was to be used by my wife for her usage.......anyway i would advise anyone thinging about getting this camera to look else where.............
