Summary:Durable, Takes nice pictures, easy to use yet powerful manual featuers. Compact. Kind of slow though. It was no match for a 100lb rotweiler in the end, although it did bounce down some rocks in Chamonix with no problems.

Strengths:image quality, build quality, manual features

Weaknesses:SLOW, kind of heavy for it's size

Similar Products Used:S45, S80. the S45 is slower and heavier, the S80 is faster, lighter and better all around (except for the lack of raw)

Customer Service:Never had to deal with it.

Summary:Great little camera. I've found it easy to use. The flash is a little to strong for the camera. If you stand at a distance, zoom-in the flash works great. If you stand to close it over exposes the picture leaving some light spots. I think it is a good buy for the money. I've enjoyed mine. I've taken great pictures with it and take it everywhere I go.
