Strengths:    It seemed like a nice durable camera. The photo quality seemed ok. I liked the design.

Weaknesses:    No super macro
the camera froze up or "crashed" when I took several photos in a few minutes.
The body also got very warm when it froze

Bottom Line:   
I ended up returning this camera. It froze up on me. None of the buttons would work including the power button. I had to pop the battery out to get it to turn off.
It has no super macro mode.
I did not get a chance to test it in the water.
Seemed like a nice camera until it froze
