Product Description

The OM-D E-M1 is the second generation of Olympus's professional-level OM-D Micro Four Thirds, interchangeable lens camera line. It has a new 16.3-megapixel Live MOS sensor with on-board phase detect auto focus, and it's been upgraded with a new TruePic VII processor that adds speed and improves image quality. Olympus added built-in Wi-Fi and gave the E-M1 a huge new electronic viewfinder that's as large as the viewfinders on full-frame digital SLRs. The build has been improved as well. Now, the E-M1 isn't just dust and weatherproof, it's also freezeproof.

Tonight, Olympus announced their second OM-D Micro Four Thirds format interchangeable lens camera, the E-M1.
