from ebay Summary:the back did not work I send it back to better light the conned me into upgrading $3600 later and 2 months I got it back.
worked for 3 session it blew the power supply . the help line was a joke . Knew nothing about photography and suggested me to buy another back from them for $12k . send the unit back to them again $2100.00 this time its working but the quality is like a eos 10d a $400.00 camera . finally I bought a Phase one Pro for $3400.00 refurb its awsome theses guys know their back and are pros . just before writting this called the better light for a cable so I can sell this back on ebay and maybe get some of my losses back . they are about out of business.
Strengths:none very poor quality its ok for 1991 but not 2010 Similar Products Used:phase one pro shot Customer Service:its a joke not run by photo guys maybe scientists??????
