$0.00 Summary: I put most every pro caliber digital back through testing. Ease of use, connection, software and above all image quality and color accuracy. The Luma II was the best of the bunch. Strengths: Color was consistant day to day on a set I had up for two weeks.
The 4000x 3000 pixel format(30meg file) makes a lot more sense than a 4000 sq. format (48 megs). I end up not ever using the extra 18 megs. Smaller files equal less disk space and quicker loads.
The camera is powered by the Firewire bus. No need for a extra power supply cable. Very clean and quick to set up.
Software is simple to use. Learning curve is very flat.
200% interpolation in Photoshop gives you excellent files. Weaknesses: The manuel is too basic.
Would like to be able to read CMYK values as well as RGB in the Luma Software. Similar Products Used: PhotoPhaseH20, SinarCam, Kodak ProBack, Imacon, Leaf Cantare, MegaVision. Customer Service: Excellent
