Leica M Monochrom Digital SLRs

Leica M Monochrom Digital SLRs

DESCRIPTION

On the surface, the Leica M Monochrom appears to be an M9 digital rangefinder that only records black-and-white images. However, there's more than meets the eye. The full frame 18-megapixel sensor has no ayer Array color filtration system, so all data captured is used for black-and-white shades only. The result is more detail less artifacting and a wider ISO range. For black-and-white purists that can afford it, the M Monochrom is the ultimate digital camera - possibly the ultimate camera, period.
