Summary:
Good picture - Difficult setup I am using the ca,era with a Linksys router and a dynamic DSL line. It took two weeks and numerous calls and emails to tech support to get the camera to function in this configuration. A connection using myeyecam.com is necessary when using a dynamic DSL configuration. The manual is poorly translated from Japanese and is almost unintelligle. However, the camera functions well once setup properly.

Strengths:
Great picture and nice features including motion detection.

Weaknesses:
Setup and support. Telephone support from Panasonic and Myeyecam.com is non-existent. Email support resulted in several days worth of exchanges before the camera would function. The manual is barely comprehensible.

Customer Service:
Marginal. Consists of phone numbers you call to leave a message and wait for a call back. Call back never came. After 4 phone messages and 2 emails to myeyecam and panasonic I was contacted via email
