from Overstock.com Summary: Found that the software and hardware would not load for
Windows XP Professional, although the carton stated it
could be used with XP. The errors said (1) that my operating
system needed to be updated and (2) product had not
passed Windows Logo testing to certify its compatibility
with Windows XP. Contact the manufacturer for an
explanation... Strengths: Excellent warranty; USB connection; supply of software Weaknesses: Could not load software and connect
camera. Also, limited listing of
