ProLink PixelView PressCam

Video quality horrible, grainy and appears very orange unless massive amounts of light. Audio quality very poor, almost undiscernable. Image quality terrible. Camera says it stores X amount of pictures but camera would stop responding when transferring to computer. I promptly sent it back and got my money back.

There are not strengths to the camera that I can find. I have no idea why I bought it now that I look at it.

The weaknesses are listed in the review above. It is all one big weakness, do not purchase.

Jam Cam 2.0 before that one, much better than press cam. Have since gotten Kodak camera's and will not change from them until upgrade to SLR.

I don't know what you mean by customer service. It was of no service to me.
