Review 1 of 8

Price Paid:  $160.00 from ebay

Summary:

Good focus, good pictures, but will not save flash settings - once you turn it off, you lose the flash setting. Also - broke down after 1.5 years - only one place in the US repairs Minox - and for this model they do not do any repairs - full replacement with more or less equivalent product if under warranty or at a discount if not.

Strengths:

Quick focus Good pictures Great closeups

Weaknesses:

Does not save settings Broke down after 1.5 years Only one place in US that repairs Minox This model is not repairable

Review 3 of 8

Price Paid:  $299.00

Summary:

I really enjoy using this camera. I mainly use it for outdoor shots, and most always get compliments on the clarity of the pictures. I feel it is definately worth the money. As I said the only downfall is the red eye that has to be reset.

Strengths:

Crisp clear pictures, easy to use zoom. Has panoramic, and close up modes.

Weaknesses:

The red eye option has to be reset each time the camera is turned on. (Very annoying)

I had a Nikon Nuvis 125i as my previous compact camera. I find the Minox much better.

Customer Service:

Hasn't been needed yet.
