from Price estimated--was Summary: Best, most convenient point and shoot I''ve used. Great for people shots. Been taking pictures and using Nikon cameras since I was 6 years old, daughter of a Nikon purist (SLRs, P&S, etc); I''m now 23 and have gone through 2 Nikon One Touch 100s these and am about to purchase my 3rd through the aftermarket since they are no longer readily available on retail. I never really appreciated the red-eye reduction ability in this camera until I noticed that in group events, I''ve compared my pictures to the photos my friends have taken with THEIR point-and-shoots (you know, the group shots where the same picture and pose is taken with different cameras), and this camera has consistently taken the BEST pictures of the bunch--even light-eyed or blue-eyed subjects. Evaluated roll after roll and this camera has outperformed other P&S. Picture quality is crisp and clear and sharp despite low quality film, blue skies turn out a beautiful CONSISTENT blue, skin tones perfect. Fast shutter speeds mean amateur photographers who shake the camera while pressing the button will still usually take a clean pic. Makes this a trusty camera. Rugged: dropped the camera several times to no bad effects. Life of camera is about 7-10 years. Strengths: Excellent pictures
