Beautiful clear shots every time even from a distance in using the zoom.

after a few years began to get very slow moving to the next frame. Replaced the battery and it still did the same. I was told perhaps the capacitor going bad

I would recommend this camera to anyone taking casual photos. Very easy to operate.

Ergonomics and useful features.

None really.

This is an excellent camera which is beautifully ergonmic and more than a point and shoot but with excellent automated features.

It has useful features like dioptre adjustment, a boon if your wear glasses as you can tweak the focus in the viewfinder to sharpen things up.

It has a 'landscape' button nicely placed on the front which means you can hold it down to get perfecly focussed pics of views some distance away which is particularly useful if there is something in the foreground that the camera might accidentally focus on, or, if you are shooting through a window - no focussing on the window!

There is provision for a little remote which operates the zoom and shutter.

There is a 2 second and 10 second self timer, the first being useful if you just want to place the camera somewhere solid to let it take the pic in lowish light without you having to push the button, move the camera and blur the shot.

Film loading is automatic and the lens coVer slides across and can't be lost.

The battery is a lithium cell and lasts for ages.

A very capable camera and a lot of thought has gone into the ergonomics.

I have shot side film with mine and the results are very impressive.
