from B&H Photo Video Summary: I have the VCCE enlarger head and love it. My wife and I run through 100+ sheets of paper a week and the enlarger has not let us down yet. I tested the unit for alignment and it was perfect right out of the box. I think it is the best pro-level enlarger value on the market. Strengths: Excellent build quality. Durable. Robust features Weaknesses: The head could be mounted a little more forward from the guide rail (sometimes it is difficult to frame parts of an image when using an easel with a large border). Similar Products Used: Omega, Bessler Customer Service: I asked for a few extra parts (lens board, red filter) and they sent them free. Calls to the company always resulted in a live person answering my questions (no referrals to web sites, FAQ, etc).
