    Review 1 of 7

    Price Paid:  $40.00 from CompUSA

    Summary:
Good, inexpensive reader. Does what it's supposed to do. Must use USB certified cards, if the store you buy from doesn't know what that is or says "yeah , they all are", wrong-very wrong. Lexar is helpful if you have a legitimate problem. Try this link for windows help http://www.hoslap.com/projects/Jumpshot.asp

    Strengths:
Well made, takes abuse. I use it to transfer data files also from my laptop(PC) to desktop (which is a Mac), no problem.

    Weaknesses:
Poor documentation, shouldn't need drivers at all what are we in the stone ages?

    Customer Service:
OK, it's all on the website, but maybe they should hire someone who can write grammatically correct sentences in English.

    1. Ease of use. 2. Faster

    Weaknesses:
    None.

    Review 5 of 7

    Price Paid:  $0.00 from B&H

    Summary:
This reader really sucks! Not only was I never successful in installing its driver, even from the website (which according to their technician had the latest drivers) but it vitually ruined my whole USB system. I ended up having to format my hard drive to reinstall everything. Online technical help was not helpful -- Lexar hired a third party to help them do the technical support and they had no idea what went wrong and could not offer any useful advice.I wish I could reate it an -1, -2, or anything below zero!

    Strengths:
    NO

    Weaknesses:
    EVERYTHING

    Similar Products Used:
SanDisk Imagemate, affordable, and works amazingly well!!

    Customer Service:
    Not helpful
