Targus TGR-CRD25 (TGRCRD25)

This thing simply does not work. Computer shows new hardware found but then shows 0 bytes used and 0 bytes free on one slot and shows no card in any other slots. I use several kinds of cards.

Doesn't work.

Lexar multi-card reader which works great except it doesn't read M style XD cards.

Targus website offers no help at all.

THIS IS THE WORSE PIECE OF CRAB THAT I'VE EVER BOUGHT IN MY LIFE.
RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A RADIO SHACK EMPLOYEE JUST YESTERDAY.
I HAVE A SONY CAMERA THAT USES MEMORY STICK MEMORY. I WANTED TO TRANSFER THE PICTURES TO MY COMPUTER BUT SINCE I LOST MY READER I ASKED THE RADIO SHACK'S EMPLOYEE TO RECOMMEND ME ONE. THEREFORE I BOUGHT THE MENTIONED CRAB TARGUS MODEL TGR-CRD25 (MULTI READER)
FIRST OF ALL (EVEN IF THEY SAY SO) WINDOWS XP DIDN'T RECOGNIZE THE DEVICE - THEN WHEN I TRIED TO TAKE THE MEMORY OUT, THE CARD GOT STOCK
IN THE SLOT AND RUINED THE MEMORY CARD. I LOST ALL MY GRANDSON 1ST BIRTHDAY'S PICTURES AND OUR TRIP TO DISNEY WORLD PICS ARE GONE TOO.
IN TOP OF THAT....I JUST REALIZED THAT I PAY IN RADIO SHACK ABOUT 5 DOLLARS MORE THAN THE COMPETITION.
DON'T BUY THIS CRAB, I PAID $ 17.49 FOR IT AND EVEN THOUGH I'M PLANNING TO GET MY MONEY BACK, I WILL NEVER EVER GET BACK THE BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES THAT I'VE LOST IN THE MEMOTY CARD.
