Review 1 of 3

Price Paid:  $0.00

Summary:

I bought this digital frame for a Christmas gift. It did not come with anything. I finally bought a memory card; then I found the usb cable did not come with it either. The instructions for opening the battery compartment for the remote I cannot understand. I called tech support and got some man from India or somewhere who told me to take the whole thing to the store and they would sell me what I need and show me how to open the battery compartment. No help at all.

Review 2 of 3

Price Paid:  $40.00 from OfficeMax

Summary:

I bought it on sale at OfficeMax. I think it was a great buy. yes the quality is not the best, but for the price, the value is great. It was extremely easy to use, just plug in the power, stick in a memory card, and its ready to go. The menu options are simple and easy to set up. Every picture looks great.

Strengths:

Quick set up time, and ease of use.

Weaknesses:

Picture Quality is not the best.

Customer Service:

1 year manufacturer warranty, protects defects and accidental mis-haps

Review 3 of 3

Price Paid:  $0.00 from WalMart

Summary:

I will never purchase another Kodak product again. For sixty nine dollars you get what you pay for.. Spend a little more, and get results!! Nothing but trouble right from the box! Stay away!!

Strengths:

None

Weaknesses:

Had to continually press select buttons to navigate.. either very slow or no progress.. It would only accept one photo from a group of photos. The rest of photos would come up as bad or corrupt...or it was writer protected... NOT!! Used 3 different storage devices with the same results.
Nothing but junk!!
