from walmart Summary: I purchased the m1020 frame from Kodak, the color RED showed up as bright orange. e-mailed Kodak support (a waste of time) was told to download updated firmware did that and still the color red was still orange. was told to return to walmart and did. I replaced it with another m1020 and I am having same problem. I was finally told to return to factory to have it worked on. I decided to return it to walmart and purchase a different brand. Strengths: it does have a very clear picture Weaknesses: not true to color Similar Products Used: none
