Review 1 of 3

Price Paid:  $100.00 from Wal-mart

Summary:

I recently purchased this frame to take my photos with me to college. So far, it has worked perfectly for me. Pictures are shown with great clarity (on a big screen) and the sound quality for music is great, as well. The instruction manual is a little short and unclear, but most things can be figured out just by trial and error of which buttons to press. Adding pictures is a piece of cake if you just put them on some kind of storage device (flash drive, SD card, etc.) and plug it into the frame. I have not had any problems with it freezing up.

Strengths:

*Clear, bright picture
*Nice sound quality
*Big screen, especially for the price
*You can connect several types of storage devices to it; it includes a multi-card reader and even a cable to connect a flash drive.
*Comes with remote
*Slideshow can be set to "shuffle," which a lot of other frames can't do

Weaknesses:

*Most functions can only be set by using the remote (there are only a few buttons on the actual unit); for people who tend to lose things like I do, this can become a problem if the remote is lost.
*Music will only play if it is in MP3 format. This is kind of a hassle for me, as all of my music is stored on Windows Media Player as WMA.
*If your slideshow is set to "full screen," parts of your pictures can be cut off. This especially effects those pictures taken that are taller than they are wide. Therefore, I keep the "full screen" option off at all times, and there is some screen space wasted.

Review 2 of 3

Price Paid:  $120.00 from Walmart

Summary:

I am not happy with this product at all. It freezes up quite often and it is very difficult to use. The instructions on how to delete photos, add news ones, etc. are unclear. I am hoping to return it to Walmart without a receipt and get one - probably another brand - this is easier to use.

Strengths:

Good color quality; nice size frame

Weaknesses:

Pretty much everything else not listed in strengths. Freezes up, instructions are unclear on deleting, adding, editing, etc.

Customer Service:

Is there a way to get my money back?? Im frustrated and ready to move on to another frame......

Review 3 of 3

Price Paid:  $0.00 from Walmart

Summary:

Right now I cant get the unit to work. It is freezing on the first picture. The music works. Im calling Polaroid tomorrow to see whats wrong. Thankfully I have the receipt, but the box is in the garbage. I will return if this is user error and update the review.
