from ProPhoto Supply Summary: I mostly scan Medium format Transparancies, and the high end publishers I work with state that my scans are some of the best, with the exception of a drum scan. Strengths: Superior over all scanner. Close to drum scans if you know how to use it. Weaknesses: Color negatives hard to get skin tones good. Similar Products Used: I've been a product tester for a few other scanner companies, and I still like this flatbed best. Customer Service: I've not needed to use customer service, other than down loading a new driver.
