I bought CanoScan N650U Flatbed Scanner used, took it overseas in 2004. It was used almost constantly for FOUR PROBLEM-FREE YEARS. It was in perfect condition when I reluctantly sold it.
What's so good about the CanoScan N650U Scanner? It fits in my briefcase. It is quiet. It doesn't require a separate power source. It produces great quality. It comes with a flex hinge. It is cheap.
