It has an optical resolution of 600 dpi x 1200 dpi and can achieve high resolutions of up to 9600 dpi x 9600 dpi through software interpolation. The scanning area is 216 mm wide by 297 mm long, enabling scanning of letter-size documents. The ScanTouch 210 scans at very high speed, taking approximately 32 seconds to scan a color A4 document at a resolution of 600 dpi.
