from SecureMart Summary: Very poor at copying black and white. Does better on color. Weaknesses: Poor quality scans for black and white text. I got one, sent it back because it worked so poorly. The replacement does not work much better.
A printed document scanned in to copy printed like a copier that was out of toner. The OCR did not recognize one word out of a whole page of text. When copied as if it was color, it did better and OCR could decifer most of it. Similar Products Used: I have had an old HP Scanjet for a number of years, but it has an SCSI interface which doesn't fit in my new computer. It was super. Customer Service: Their only suggestion was to download a new driver. That didn't help.
