Summary: I was skeptical when I paid my $100 bucks for this software which was supposed to clean up photos of my flip charts, but it was well worth the money. Strengths: It automatically finds the edge of the paper, no matter how you hold the camera. One button does the entire cleanup. So brain dead simple to use, even my wife could do it. Weaknesses: Sometimes wrinkles cause shadows so I usually use a flash for a good result. It could use more picture editing tools. Similar Products Used: I've played with digital cameras that claim to clean up whiteboards, but all they do is bump the contrast up. The Pixid software seems to do something else. Customer Service: Didn't contact them, but they seem to have 24 hour coverage.
