Weaknesses:    no support

Bottom Line:   
Downloaded program and used its information to request a mounted print of a photograph. Used its own guidelines. When mounted print came it was crap. Attempted to contact customer service on many occasions but received a message that they were away at a seminar. No help, lousy product, don't recommend.
