Strengths:    Fast, relatively intuitive, extremely powerful. Batch processing is great, image quality has been excellent (though I'm no pro, so my idea of excellent may vary from yours...) Gives a lot of control over the finished product.

Weaknesses:    You have to upgrade to PRO to get watermark capabilities, so I'll need a utility to do that before posting many shots to the web. There could be better electronic manuals included for help with the more advanced features. I ordered online and they never sent a hardcopy manual, which would have been nice.

    Bottom Line:
I originally purchased the DSLR Rebel edition for use with my Canon 300D for about $50 (it was a couple years ago), after reading several reviews on the advantages of working with RAW. I was so impressed that I upgraded to LE for another $50 last year when I upgraded to a 20D.

The workflow they tout as their strength is indeed incredibly fast and straightforward. There is total control over WB, color saturation, exposure compensation, sharpening, etc. You can complete the settings for one shot and duplicate them instantly to an entire set of shots, then batch process to TIFF or JPG in the background while you work on other images. Also the quickproof tool is great for creating lower resolution JPG files in a seperate directory, also in batch mode, which saves a ton of time. No more opening each photo in PS or soem other editor and doing a save-as to get a lower resolution version for web use or whatever.

Overall I'm very happy with the program; although a little pricey, it's considered by many professionals to be the best in it's class.
