$0.00 Summary:A buggier, more frustrating piece of software you will not find. The Mac OS platform is incredibly hard to crash, but kudos to the people at Silverfast... they have developed a truly unique program that is nearly impossible to use.
DON'T plug your iphone into your computer while scanning. For that matter, pretty much all of your external hardware needs to be disconnected when using the software, otherwise multiple reboots will be necessary to get back to the point where the software sees the scanner. Strengths:decent scans Weaknesses:bugs... thousands of them.
crashes.
wasted hours. Customer Service:slow response time, terrible user interface in order to send a message to support. usually the support response is not on target and does not fix the issue.
